Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program

Program Summary The Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program (AHSC) is designed to fund innovative projects that support the creation of sustainable, healthy, and affordable transit-oriented communities. This includes prioritizing the integration of affordable homes near transit, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, transit, energy efficiency and solar, and green infrastructure to maximize GHG reductions and community benefits.
